Content: Mountain Ranges, their locations, and interesting aspects that set them apart from the rest.
Pedagogy: To me, it would be difficult to teach mountain ranges with out a tool like Google Earth. I could use this presentation to begin a unit on landforms or geography. After teaching the material, students can search for the mountain ranges themselves on Google earth. By giving students interesting questions about each mountain range, they will better remember where it is located and it's uses. This gets students excited about geography which can sometimes seem like memorization. They are doing the learning!
Technology: Using Google Earth students will be able to identify mountain ranges and interesting aspects that help remind them of where they are located.
